Shipping
Valtierri offers complimentary express shipping on all orders within the European Union. International deliveries are handled by DHL and FedEx, with full insurance coverage included on every shipment. All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Marche, Italy.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the EU takes 2–4 business days. International shipments typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on the destination. Orders placed before 13:00 CET are processed the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Bespoke made-to-measure pieces require 3–5 weeks for artisanal production before dispatch.
Duties & Taxes
For EU orders, all duties and VAT are included in the listed price. For international orders outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific rates. Valtierri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our client services team at atelier@valtierri.com. EU orders will receive a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
